When we founded our firm in January 2020, our purpose was clear—to establish a professionally driven Surveyor and Loss Assessor organization grounded in Integrity, Technical Competence, and Timely Delivery, fully aligned with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.

Soon after our inception, the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and nationwide lockdown tested the resilience of the insurance ecosystem and allied industries. During this critical period, our teams remained on the ground, handling large-scale and catastrophic loss surveys across regions. Despite severe operational constraints, we successfully concluded over 2,000 claims across the West and East regions, achieving industry-leading turnaround times.

These challenging circumstances only strengthened our conviction that strong fundamentals, ethical conduct, and disciplined processes are the true pillars of sustainability. We firmly believe that no challenge is insurmountable when driven by commitment, discipline, and the right intent. By remaining responsive, accountable, and transparent, we not only ensured continuity but also reinforced trust during a time of widespread uncertainty.

Our journey has been made possible by our people, who remain the strongest ambassadors of our values. Continuous training, technical upskilling, and a culture of collaboration and support have enabled our professionals to deliver consistent quality across assignments. We have consciously invested in human capital, robust systems, and deep client understanding to build long-term organizational strength.

From a modest beginning with just four professionals, the firm has grown into a team of 220+ professionals, operating through 25 branches across India, supported by 15 satellite offices covering all critical regions. This growth has been steady, responsible, and purpose-driven—guided by compliance, transparency, professional discipline, and controlled expansion.
